"We arrived just before 1 PM, which was perfect since they had just opened, and we were seated quickly! The customer service was good and attentive right from the start. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance and a really nice view. For the food, we absolutely loved the jacket potato and the pasta was fantastic as well. The pizza was just okay; the Margherita was definitely on the cheesier side for us. Overall, it was a genuinely good experience, and we'll be back soon! With its resto-pub feel, I bet this place really shines at night—definitely planning our next visit for the evening. really shine at night, especially since it has that resto-pub vibe!"

"No complaints. You cannot go wrong with this place. The prices are slightly elevated due to its overhead, but it is a place worth it, the food was fantastic as the atmosphere, well, you can see in the photos. Plus, they have music at night and a robust bar."

"We honestly loved everything we ordered at London Underground Pizza. The Queen Elizabeth pizza was super flavorful and loaded, the creamy chicken spinach penne was rich and comforting, and their underground style fried chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy. Even the nachos and pepperoni dough rolls were so good. Everything tasted fresh, filling, and made for sharing. Plus the cozy ambiance and beautiful Taal view made the whole experience even more special. Definitely one of our favorite Tagaytay date spots."

"Great English comfort food. Not a fan of their pizza, but everything else is ok. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for something savory or umami. Nice resto view as well. Plenty of parking space and nice taal view"

"We went around 8 PM and there were only us and one other couple. After they left, we had the whole place to ourselves. The atmosphere was nice and it was cool and windy, so no need for air-conditioning. We ordered nachos, potato wedges, and Bakerloo pizza, and the food was good. The place used to be called Borough, and while the menu has changed a bit, some familiar dishes are still there. Overall, the food was enjoyable and I’d recommend it. However, the service could be better. Even though we were the only customers, the staff didn’t seem very attentive and we had to go to the cashier to get their attention. They also forgot to include the hot sauce and white sauce for our takeout, even though I requested it (my fault for not double-checking). Hopefully, with better staff training, the customer service will improve, as it was a similar issue with the previous restaurant."

Their Valentine’s Menu Package (₱1,799 for two) is truly a great deal. The servings are generous and perfect for sharing. We loved that you can choose from a variety of starters and main courses, plus the heart-shaped pizza made the date extra special. The free charcuterie board for early reservations was a lovely bonus! The ambiance is cozy and romantic — perfect for date night in Tagaytay. Food quality is excellent, and everything we ordered was flavorful and satisfying. Most especially, the service was 5-star! The staff were attentive, friendly, and accommodating.
